Can I have a different font?
We are only have three of our favorite fonts available for now, but we are working to add more fonts to our catalog!
Can I have a design proofs?
In order to avoid delays, we do not supply proof of your personalised design as standard.
However, for special circumstances, we can provide design proof on large orders over £100, please contact our support team before placing an order to request a design proof.
(Please ensure you factor in extra time for this, as our customer service teams working hours are mon-fri 9-5, extra edits may also delay your order being processed).
How much may wooden colours vary from product pictures?
We do our very best to make sure all of our products match our product pictures. However, the product you receive may not be the exact same colour as the photograph due to the slight variations in wood grain but also due to different screens and settings displaying colours slightly differently.
