Shipping Policy

All of our orders are processed within 1-5 business days (excluding weekend and holidays) after receiving confirmation of your order. You will receive an email when your order is confirmed and another email when your order is dispatched.

Due to current unforseen circumstances due to the pandemic, postage times can be longer than expected in some cases, please allow extra time for orders to arrive once shipped, especially if ordering internationally, thank you.

Shipping charges and estimated delivery times for your order will be calculated and displated at the checkout stage. Times shown are for shipping only and do not include order processing/production times.

For non-personalised products, if you order before 3pm, these will be dispatched on the same day.

 For personalised products, the earliest dispatch date is the next working day following the order due to production requirements.
